We ship nationwide with FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Home Delivery. Order from our website, or by calling 1-877-484-BENS between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. We confirm every order to let you know when it is being shipped.
Bringing a taste of Ben’s into your own kitchen is easy! In fact, we created the “Half Smokes At Home” video to show you how to prepare our most popular food item, World Famous Chili Half Smokes.
Pricing does not include FedEx shipping. Shipping ranges from $10 to $15 for FedEx Home Delivery to a range of $22-$75 for FedEx 2nd Day Air, depending on zip code and the weight of your order. We ship FedEx Home Delivery to the following states: AL, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, and WV, and now parts of AR, MS, MO, and WI. We ship 2nd Day Air to all states not listed above. Alaska and Hawaii require overnight and extra shipping charges apply. FedEx guarantees 1 to 2 day delivery to most of the states listed above and your shipping costs are cut more than half compared to 2nd Day Air when you choose FedEx Home Delivery.
We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays if we have your order by 5 p.m. the previous day. You may elect to ship overnight or have a Saturday delivery, but extra charges apply. In order to guarantee freshness, we use PeriShip and exclusive partner of FedEx and a leader in the management of overnight shipping of food products. With PeriShip and FedEx, all Ben’s Chili Bowl products will arrive in peak condition.
- We cannot ship to a Post Office box.
- FedEx must have a phone number for the address your order is to be delivered to.
- We will be happy to include a note card (at no extra cost) with any gift order.
- We cannot be responsible if the address for delivery is entered incorrectly, or if the person is out of town. Please check to see that the recipient will be home sometime on the delivery date.
- We confirm by email that your order is received and when it will be shipped.
Please note: Bad weather may sometimes delay the shipment and or the delivery of items you have ordered. If a FedEx shipping hub is impacted or roads leading to your town are impacted we may not ship your package when requested. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order and to make sure it is delivered to you as promptly as possible.
